ESC|STACKVISION OPERATOR
This level of certification requires five days of specific courses. Once completed, you will be able to successfully use StackVision to assist sites/plants, ensuring compliance with current federal and state regulations.
The following courses are required for Operator certification:
CEMS New User with ESC | StackVision (2 days)
Part 60/75 Regulations (3 days)
ESC|StackVision Continuation (2 days) - Required Participants: Anyone currently holding certification as a StackVision Operator, Administrator or Specialist will be required to attend an annual StackVision Continuation class for the period of the certification.
Continuation Training for Operator Level: Feature Area Webinars and ESC|StackVision Continuation Course.
ESC|STACKVISION ADMINISTRATOR
This level of certification requires a total of 14 days of specific courses. In order to obtain this level of certification, an individual must have been a certified StackVision Operator for at least one year. StackVision Administrators will be capable of operating their StackVision software, completing administrative tasks such as managing user accounts, maintaining views/consoles and managing alarm pop-ups. Administrators will also be able to manage DAS data using the Data Management Tool, understand how to create linked reports and have an understanding of certification requirements and events. Upon completion, the StackVision Administrator will also be able to work with the ESC Support team to minimize issues with StackVision.
The following courses are required for Administrator certification:
Requisite Operator Training (5 days)
QuickStart to ESC | StackVision (1 day)
ESC|StackVision Administration (1 day)
ESC|StackVision Data Management wih NERC CIP (1 day)
SQL Report Writing with ESC|StackVision (1 day)
ESC|StackVision Data QA/Certification (2 days)
ESC|StackVision Support Management (1 day)
ESC|StackVision Continuation (2 days) - Required Participants: Anyone currently holding certification as a StackVision Operator, Administrator or Specialist will be required to attend an annual StackVision Continuation class for the period of the certification.
Continuation Training for Administrator Level: Feature Area Webinars (suggested but not mandatory), ESC|StackVision Continuation Course, Regulatory Refresher within the three-year timeframe.
ESC|STACKVISION SPECIALIST
This level of certification requires 25 days of specific courses. In order to obtain this level of certification, an individual must have been a certified StackVision Operator for at least one year, and a StackVision Administrator for at least three years, or possess the requisite knowledge and completed required trainings. Additionally, the StackVision Specialist will have a strong working knowledge of StackVision Database (SQL) Administration, understanding of ever-changing IT requirements, and knowledge of how to use the ECMPS Client Tool to manage their Monitoring Plans, Emissions Data and QA/Cert data.
The following courses are required for Specialist certification:
Requisite Operator and Administrator Training (16 days)
ESC|StackVision Version 2.3 Configuration Class (3 days)
Using ECMPS (1 day)
Understanding Permit Requirements with ESC|StackVision (1 day)
ESC|StackVision SQL Server Database Administration (1 day)
IT Planning (1 day)
ESC|StackVision Continuation (2 days) - Required Participants: Anyone currently holding certification as a StackVision Operator, Administrator or Specialist will be required to attend an annual StackVision Continuation class for the period of the certification
Continuation Training for Administrator Level: Feature Area Webinars (suggested but not mandatory), ESC|StackVision Continuation Course, Regulatory Refresher Class and ESC|StackVision Quick Start Refresher Class within the five-year timeframe.

- Register for the needed/desired certification training courses.
